Despite occupying an office where there are constant pressure and challenges dealing with people’s lives on a daily bases, Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police for Highlands Western End and Enga State of Emergency Controller, Chief Superintendent Joseph Tondop graduated at the Devine Ward University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Police Management last Friday.
