A BROTHERLY affair to play out on the courts today as the Basketball U23 3X3 team takes the court to compete in the Pacific Mini Games in Palau. Brothers Gabriel Elavo and Morea Elavo Jr are attending this games together, one as a coach and the other as the captain.
