A Chinese company employee in Madang made a run for it last week when he was given the car keys to a brand new 15-seater grey Toyota Hiace bus to do company deliveries.
Mr Sagom said that syndicates like this are operating in Western Highlands Province, and the police will eventually catch up with them.
