The Public Relations Program is established under the office of the Provincial Administrator to manage and coordinate Events, Protocol, and Media Activities. It plays a significant role in ensuring there is effective execution of activities under the program that support the Organization’s operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
The unit is responsible for:
- Planning and executing Public Relations activities
- Preparing press releases, keynote speeches, and promotional material
- Building positive relationships with Stakeholders, Media Outlets and the Public
- Coordination and Implementation of National and Provincial Events within the Province.
- Conduct protocol services at the provincial level.
- Dissemination of information to the public.
- Manning of facilities– The Founding Father Monument.
Programs & Services
The Public Relations Program delivers the following services:
- Media Relations – Building relationships with journalists and media outlets for press coverage and featuring stories that enhance the visibility and credibility of the Organization.
- Event Management – Planning and Execute cooperate events, launchings and internal conferences.
- Protocol Management – Implementing and maintaining standard procedures and guidelines for official and informal interaction within the Administration.
