Chaired by the Governor.

Composed of:

• Elected LLG Presidents
• Open Members of Parliament (MPs) from each district (Talasea, Kandrian-Gloucester)
• Provincial Members of Parliament
• Special Interest Representatives (e.g., women, churches, business community – depending on the structure adopted)
