The Papua New Guinea Accident Investigation Commission (AIC) has released its Preliminary Report concerning a runway excursion involving a Tropicair Limited De Havilland DHC-6-400 aircraft, registered as P2-AXL, which occurred during its landing roll at Kerema Airport in Gulf Province.
