Village Board Member Kory Gilderman and Madang Provincial Administrator Daniel Aloi formally signed a sister city agreement between the Village of Poplar, Wisconsin, and the City of Madang. The agreement builds on a shared World War II history, and a desire for long-term cultural and educational exchange.
