The Papua New Guinea Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, this week held high-level dialogue with the China Ministry of Natural Resources in Guangzhou, China intent to further strengthen the marine cooperation and friendly ties between the two countries and paving the way for signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) later in the year.
