THE people of Kunabau village in Kerowagi district, Chimbu Province, are mourning the passing of one their professional leaders.
Dr Joseph Dilu Kagl was a pioneer medical doctor from Kerowagi district and Chimbu Province. He was from the Sumbuka Waugla tribe in the Gena Waugka LLG in Kerowagi.
He was born during World War II in June, 1943.
