“I was born on February 6, 1957,” begins veteran journalist Peter Simeon Sea. “My late parents, Semese Sea and Harihi Isorua, hailed from Sepoe village, Malalaua, in the Kerema district of Gulf Province. Their legacy is part of who I am today.”

Currently, Peter works as a Copy Taster and Proofreader at the Post-Courier. “My job involves reviewing stories submitted by reporters, suggesting changes where necessary, and correcting spelling and grammatical errors before the stories go to the Sub-editors,” he explains.
