Papua New Guineans will soon benefit from new visa arrangements offered by New Zealand, making it easier to visit the country for tourism and work. The announcement was made today following a meeting between Foreign Affairs Minister Justin Tkatchenko and New Zealand High Commissioner His Excellency Mr Peter Peter Zwart.
