The National St John Ambulance Council (NStJA) have released a statement stating that the ambulance is aware of a video circulating on social media showing a man in his 20s wearing a T-shirt bearing National St John branding with a PNG flag on the right breast pocket and engaging in alleged inappropriate conduct in a public store.
