Mr Amon was certified as a loadmaster and controller by Helicopter Transport Supplies and CARE Australia in 1998 after serving the Transport company as a loadmaster assisting voluntarily with the operations of the Aitape Tsunami Disaster attending to Helicopter requirements of refueling cargo packaging and also assisting in the maintenance work of the Helicopters and the maintenance of flight journals.
