The Hoskins Airport in Kimbe, West New Britain Province will be upgraded under Phase II of the Civil Aviation Development Investment Program (CADIP II).
The deal to effect this project was signed yesterday between the National Airports Corporation (NAC) and China Railway Construction Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (CRCEG).
