A TOTAL of thirty seven locals from the Mualim ward in the Duke of York islands in East New Britain were certified yesterday under a project participation on the Community Based Health and First Aid (CBHFA) training under the Red Cross Papua New Guinea that was funded by the Japanese Red Cross.
