The Division plays a critical role in enabling efficient service delivery by providing access to reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support the organization’s operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration and support of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Management of Local Area Networks (LAN) and connectivity services
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems and applications
- Data management, backup, and system security
- Providing user support, training, and technical guidance
- Advising management on ICT planning, upgrades, and emerging technologies
- Operating and overseeing the government printing services
- Printing official government documents

The Division of ICT is led by the ICT Director, who oversees technology services, information management, and official government printing. The ICT Director provides overall leadership and direction to ensure ICT and printing services support efficient government operations and quality service delivery.
