Papua New Guinea is taking strong steps to fight plastic pollution. The Conservation and Environment Protection Authority (CEPA) has a new five-year plan to greatly cut down on plastic waste by 2030. This plan, from 2025 to 2030, includes new rules, laws, working with other countries, and getting communities involved.
