EXECUTIVE SECTOR

The Executive Sector is the central administrative arm of the provincial government, responsible for coordinating policy implementation, managing government operations, and ensuring effective service delivery across all districts and Local-Level Governments.

Headed by the Provincial Administrator, the Executive Sector provides leadership to the provincial public service and serves as the link between national government policies, provincial leadership, and district administrations. It oversees district and LLG administration, human resource management, corporate services, and inter-governmental coordination.

Through this sector, the province ensures that approved plans, budgets, and development programs are implemented efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with public service standards. The Executive Sector also supports good governance by strengthening accountability, coordination, and performance monitoring across all levels of administration.

By guiding and supporting district administrations, the Executive Sector plays a vital role in bringing government services closer to communities and supporting sustainable development throughout the province.
