Ten students from Sonoma Adventist College have successfully completed a four-week on-the-job training program with the Department of Implementation and Rural Development (DIRD), gaining valuable exposure to the inner workings of the public service, particularly in project implementation and financial reporting under the District Services Improvement Program (DSIP).
