
THE Papua New Guinea men’s and women’s 4x100m relay teams raised the flag a little bit higher last night when they blew the house down in a barnstorming performance to win the blue ribbon double gold at the Pacific Mini Games in Koror, Palau last night. And to add further icing on the cake, the men’s quartet of Pais Wisil, Johnny Bai, Emmanuel Anis and Timothy Tuna also smashed the long standing PNG national record of 40.29 (1995) to now 40,23 seconds.
