THE Department of Justice and Legal Services took a step in addressing Bougainville’s drug and alcohol crisis by convening a major one-day conference on Wednesday.
Held at the Hahela Catholic Mission Hall, the event brought together law enforcement, health professionals, and community organisations under the theme “Mainstreaming Capacities to Mitigate, Respond and Effectively Address Drugs and Alcohol Abuse in Bougainville”.
