Australia has joined partners from across Papua New Guinea at the 5th All Partners Forum of the Building Community Engagement in PNG (BCEP) program. BCEP is a key element of the PNG-Australia partnership, that works to strengthen citizen-government engagement to improve the delivery of services and provision of public goods.
