Highlighting the issues faced by the health sector in Papua New Guinea, UPNG Chancellor Mr. Robert Igara urged medical graduands to uphold their Hippocratic Oath.
“You have a solemn duty to uphold your Hippocratic Oath, which calls on you to take a solemn pledge to maintain ethical standards in your work—to do good, avoid harm, and respect your patient’s autonomy.”
